Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Vivian Fong Designs, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy applies to any purchase made through our website and includes the following guidelines:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

   • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at vivianfongdesigns@gmail.com or +13016052984 as soon as possible.
   • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped at no additional cost. Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

2. Custom Orders or Special Purchase Options:

   • For custom or special orders (e.g., items made to order or personalized), cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, custom orders may not be canceled, as the production process may have already started.
   • If production has begun on your custom order, it may not be eligible for cancellation, or additional fees may apply.

3. Subscription or Payment Plans:

   • If you have opted into a subscription or payment plan, you may cancel the plan up until 24 hours before the next payment is due. Payments already processed will not be refunded, but you can cancel future payments by contacting our support team.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders:

   • Once an order is successfully canceled, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.
