Handmade pearl tembleque beaded flowers on traditional pins. Tembleques are traditional Panamanian accessories used with folkloric dresses (la pollera). These tapaorejas tembleques are made by making traditional beaded flower tembleques and mounting them on a traditional pin. Materials used is #4 pearls.
This item is called tapaorejas (ear cover) and is normally used with a full set of tembleques. This delicate item can also be used for casual wear to cover a bun on one side or on both sides.
