VFD Books Reader - Privacy Policy

This policy covers VFD Books Reader, a private internal tool of VivianFongDesigns LLC.

What it accesses: accounting data (accounts, transactions, reports) from VivianFongDesigns LLC's own QuickBooks Online company, and nothing from any other company or person.

How it is used: only to prepare VivianFongDesigns LLC's bookkeeping, month-end close and tax records.

Sharing: data is not sold or shared with third parties. Reports may be given to the company's own accountant.

Storage and security: API keys and tokens are kept in the owner's password manager and are never published. Reports are stored in the company's private Google Drive.

Removal: access ends when the app is disconnected in QuickBooks (Settings > Apps) or deleted in the Intuit Developer portal.
