Handmade colorful pearl tembleque beaded flowers on traditional pins.

Tembleques are traditional Panamanian accessories used with folkloric dresses (la pollera). These tembleques are made by making traditional beaded woven flower tembleques and mounting them on a traditional pin. Materials used include color pearls and acrylic beads.

When you purchase this item you get one complete set, including:
(2) pairs of tapamoños 
(3) pairs of filling flowers (rellenos)
(1) pair of pavos (pink)
(1) pair of tapaorejas (mint green)
(3) pairs of jazmines in three different colors

This set is normally used to cover the hair buns of the empolleradas (pollera-wearing ladies)
