Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving payment and confirmation.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
United States — Standard Ground Shipping: FREE. Estimated delivery within 4–6 business days. Canada, Panama & International destinations: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
4. Shipping Charges
For US orders, standard ground shipping is complimentary. For all international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and the destination country. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before payment.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States, Canada, Panama, and select international destinations.
7. International Orders, Duties & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise fees at delivery. The total you pay at checkout is the full landed cost.
8. Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your shipping address and contact details. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
9. Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customer responsible for return shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned products.
Exclusions: Please be aware that certain items may not be eligible for returns. Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have any questions about whether a product is final sale or eligible for return, please contact our customer support team.
International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees incurred on the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
